Acid Pussy – new one

I met this cat Ted via e-tech eons ago. To meet in the flesh would be far too scary.

I dug the music he was putting out there and have since. He’s a funny geezer too. We (RadioPrimco) played Acid Pussy way back when when 2016 was young and free, and now all couped up in the timidity of ’24 it’s nice to see a pair of eejuts from Holland are keeping it wheel.

I’m more than happy to say, like erm real happy man, to say Acid Pussy have a new album on its way and this track from it, Scarffefer, aye, go figure is on it – it is also, I hasten to add and good ol’ jumpy number and fit’s well not only in this week’s Tales from the Hip pt12 (Jax finds himself in hot water – membership available now), but also this week’s radio rant which finds fool and his dog in Holland.

We’re gonna play Scarffefer here and let ted tell you a wee bit about it…

‘This is the first song in an ongoing series of songs and music videos, that will lead to our upcoming full album called “Do not reply”. The theme of the album is the struggle of life’s ups and downs as we live in a time of Dystopian corporate society. The songs are about maintaining relationships and balancing working  office jobs and the anxiety all the pressure provides.
Scarfeffer was recorded, mixed and produced in Studio Leo in Aalsmeer by Ernesto Ostra, and Mastered by Kimmo Lindholm, Helsinki, Finland. It was released with a music video in October 2023: CLICK HERE TO WATCH!
We are finalizing the next single and we will be in touch ahead of the release. 
Acid Pussy is a unique live and recording act with influences from grunge, punk rock and metal. The sound is deeply inspired by the 80’s 90’s artists across various genres. Imbued with a shared love for the book Bad Wisdom, the musicians Ted and Ernesto formed Acid Pussy in a glass music room in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, on a dark December morning back in 2016. The band’s live shows captivate their audiences with their wild and passionate performances, oozing with joy and unbridled intensity. With a history of retro vibes, unicorn rumours and various mishaps around Europe. New music and adventures to come in 2024!’
